Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state license and Speech-Language Pathologist Certification of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC), Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
  • Prior experience with pediatric and school-based populations preferred
  • Proficiency in conducting evaluations, progress monitoring, and developing treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
  • Teletherapy capabilities and comfort with virtual service delivery platforms
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration with students, families, and fellow education professionals

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in a K-12 setting
  • Complete comprehensive evaluations and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs), document progress, and adjust interventions as needed
  • Deliver therapy sessions in person and/or via teletherapy, adapting services to meet diverse student needs
  • Liaise with caregivers, teachers, and support staff to foster holistic support strategies
