Position: Full-Time Physical Therapist

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-Hour Day Shifts

Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist I is responsible for providing evidence-based, patient-centered rehabilitation services aimed at restoring function, enhancing mobility, alleviating pain, and maximizing independence. You will work closely with physicians and an interdisciplinary care team to create personalized treatment plans that support patients in reaching their rehabilitation objectives.

  • Assess patients and formulate individualized treatment plans.
  • Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, gait training, mobility assistance, and functional rehabilitation.
  • Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Educate patients and their caregivers on treatment strategies and home exercise regimens.
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Maintain precise EMR documentation and adhere to hospital and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor's, Master's, Doctorate, or Certificate).
  • Current state Physical Therapy license.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification (AHA) upon hire, with maintenance required.
Compensation and Benefits
