Job Opportunity: Assistant/Associate Professor in Minimally Invasive Gynecology

Our organization is seeking a dedicated full-time faculty member at the Assistant or Associate Professor level to enhance our thriving academic practice in Minimally Invasive Gynecology (MIGS). This department has a well-established reputation for excellence in patient care and education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality clinical care in the treatment of complex benign gynecologic conditions.
  • Engage in research activities, focusing on clinical and translational studies.
  • Participate in educational programs for residents and fellows.
  • Contribute to the department's mission of evidence-based patient care.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • MD degree or an equivalent international qualification.
  • Board Certified or Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
  • Possession of or eligibility for a New York State medical license.
  • Completion of a fellowship in Minimally Invasive Gynecology Surgery, with experience in robotic surgery.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in clinical or translational research.

Position Details
  • This is a Tenure/Non-Tenure Track position.
  • FLSA Exempt status; not eligible for overtime compensation.
  • To qualify for tenure or a senior faculty role, candidates must meet the criteria set by the School of Medicine.
