Job Opportunity: Clinical Nurse Coordinator
Our organization is looking for a Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our inpatient rehabilitation unit. This leadership position involves managing daily clinical activities, supervising nursing personnel, and guaranteeing the delivery of safe, high-quality, and patient-focused care.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to create and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor and assess patient progress throughout their rehabilitation journey.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
- Act as a clinical resource for staff at the bedside.
- Work closely with physicians, therapists, patients, and their families to foster effective communication and support.
- Encourage staff development within a culture that prioritizes compassion, teamwork, and professional advancement.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- Experience in a rehabilitation setting is preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
