Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Valid or eligible California licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
• Ideally hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or supervision-eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Previous experience in schools or with pediatric populations is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Collaborative spirit, with the capacity to work both independently and within a team

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for students with speech and language difficulties
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's unique needs
• Lead engaging therapy sessions targeting goals in speech, language, and communication
• Carefully monitor student progress and maintain accurate, timely documentation
• Work alongside educators, psychologists, and other related service providers for coordinated care
• Provide guidance and education for families to foster continued success at home and school
