Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
- Previous pediatric or school-based SLP experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with assessments, IEP development, and progress reporting
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for elementary-age students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapy sessions
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide comprehensive student progress reports
- Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Contribute creative ideas to foster an engaging and supportive learning environment
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation as required by the school
