Job Description
Our organization is seeking to expand our team by adding an OB/GYN Generalist at NYC Health + Hospitals/Kings County. This facility provides a wide array of services for women, including approximately 1,280 live births each year, all within a nurturing environment. The recently updated Women’s Health Center offers extensive services such as breast health, colonoscopy, family planning, obstetrics and gynecology, postpartum care, and a specialized clinic for teen obstetrics.

Key Responsibilities:- Deliver comprehensive prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care.
- Assess and manage a wide range of gynecological conditions, both acute and chronic.
- Provide routine and preventive gynecological care in an outpatient setting.
- Engage in clinical and educational teaching for OB/GYN residents and medical students.
- Board Eligibility and/or Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
The compensation package includes:
- Annual Base Salary: $296,000* (for board eligible) or $301,000* (for board certified), based on a 40-hour work week. Additional earnings are available for extra call or sessional/per diem hours.
- Estimated total annual compensation package: $395,800** (board eligible) or $401,300** (board certified), which encompasses base salary, 401(k) contributions, sessional/per diem hours, and other factors.
- Estimated annual compensation for 10 additional sessional/per diem hours worked per week: $70,200***.
- 401(k) Company Contribution: Employees are immediately vested in a 3% contribution of base earnings, with no employee match required. After one year, an additional 7% contribution is provided, also with no match required.
- Annual Continuing Medical Education (CME) reimbursement.
- Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) policy, including vacation, sick leave, holidays, and CME days.
- Comprehensive Medical, Prescription, and Dental Coverage: Premium plans with employee contributions significantly lower than market rates.
- Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Coverage: Equivalent to twice your salary (up to a maximum of $300,000) at no cost to you.
- Optional employee-paid Voluntary Life and AD&D coverage for you and your family.
- Loan Forgiveness: This position may qualify for loan forgiveness through specific state or federal programs.
- Medical Malpractice Coverage: Provided at no cost to the employee.

- Visa sponsorship may be available for this role.
- This position is eligible for the High Needs Specialty Loan Repayment Program (HNSLRP) for qualifying physicians.
