Skills & Qualifications:
- SLP – CCC or eligibility for CFY considered
- Experience with school-based pediatric caseloads
- Strong communication and documentation abilities
- Licensure (or eligibility) in Illinois as an SLP
- Commitment to evidence-based, student-centered practice
- Previous exposure to healthcare or educational settings preferred
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy to an elementary caseload (approx. 23 students)
- Serve students primarily in one building with some travel to additional nearby locations
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families for student success
- Develop and implement individualized education plans
- 7.5-hour workday, typically 8:00–3:30, with flexible start depending on therapy schedule
