Skills & Qualifications:

  • SLP – CCC or eligibility for CFY considered
  • Experience with school-based pediatric caseloads
  • Strong communication and documentation abilities
  • Licensure (or eligibility) in Illinois as an SLP
  • Commitment to evidence-based, student-centered practice
  • Previous exposure to healthcare or educational settings preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy to an elementary caseload (approx. 23 students)
  • Serve students primarily in one building with some travel to additional nearby locations
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families for student success
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans
  • 7.5-hour workday, typically 8:00–3:30, with flexible start depending on therapy schedule
