Job Summary The candidate will work as a Human Resources Recruiter, focusing on full-cycle recruitment efforts to efficiently manage a high volume of positions. They will collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize recruitment processes and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.

Skill Requirements

Must-Have
  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment , including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to HR recruitment.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment technologies like Workday .
  • Ability to manage high volumes of requisitions efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with candidates and hiring managers.
Preferred
  • Certifications such as Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 suite for managing recruitment workflows
Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
