Job Opportunity: Associate Physician in Obstetrics and Gynecology

Our organization is on the lookout for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Obstetrician/Gynecologist (Ob/Gyn) Associate Physician. This is an excellent chance for an early-career OB/GYN who is eager for mentorship and has a keen interest in developing a surgical career.

About Us

• On-Call Schedule: Enjoy a highly desirable on-call arrangement where Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs) handle the first call.
• Locations: We operate in Lexington and Nicholasville, Kentucky.
• Provider Team: Our team consists of 5 OB/GYN Physicians, with an additional physician joining in January 2026, 2 GYN-only Physicians, 6 Nurse Practitioners, and 3 Certified Nurse Midwives, with plans for further growth.
• Robotics: Three of our physicians are certified in robotic surgery.
• Surgical Mentorship: We offer mentorship in high-volume, minimally invasive, and robotic surgeries.
• Deliveries: We handle approximately 1,800 deliveries annually.
• In-Office Procedures: Our services include colposcopy, hysteroscopy, LEEPs, endometrial biopsy, and ablation.
• Hospital Affiliation: We are affiliated with Baptist Health Lexington, which features a 24-hour Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) service, dedicated anesthesia, laborist support, and a Level II NICU.
