Registered Nurse (RN) Nurse Supervisor

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Nurse Supervisor to lead our nursing team and provide exceptional care to our residents. This full-time leadership role is ideal for an RN who enjoys mentoring staff, coordinating resident care, and ensuring quality clinical outcomes.

• Supervise nursing staff and oversee daily nursing operations.
• Coordinate resident assessments and care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as needed.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate with physicians and families.
• Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with staffing, staff development, and quality improvement.
• Participate in physician rounds, care conferences, and required training.

Required:

• Current, unrestricted RN license in the State of Ohio
• Current CPR certification

Preferred:

• Long-term care experience
• Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience
