Location: Advocate Christ Medical Center, 4440 W 95th St, Oak Lawn, Illinois

Compensation: Salary range of $338,995, along with a $25,000 sign-on bonus

Key Highlights

• Join a collaborative team of 7 OB/GYN professionals
• Deliver comprehensive OB/GYN services
• Outpatient care will take place at our Advocate Outpatient Centers located in Mokena and Oak Lawn, IL, with deliveries and surgeries conducted at Advocate Christ Medical Center
• Engage with residents and medical students at Advocate Christ Medical Center
• Participate in a 1:8 call rotation
• Access on-site ultrasound and sonography at both clinic locations
• Receive support from Certified Medical Assistants, Registered Nurses, a Clinical Nurse Supervisor, and a Social Worker
• Utilize EPIC EMR for efficient patient management
• Be part of a nationally recognized, integrated organization with a physician-led medical group and embedded service lines
• Leverage DAX Copilot, an AI-driven clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, to enhance clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for quick review and approval
• Work in an environment that prioritizes safe and equitable care for all patients
• Advocate Christ Medical Center is a 788-bed premier teaching facility with over 1,500 affiliated physicians, serving as a major referral center in the Midwest for various specialties, including cancer care, cardiovascular services, transplantation, neurosciences, orthopedics, and women's health.
• The hospital handles over 105,000 emergency care visits annually and is home to one of Illinois' busiest Level I trauma centers.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
