Compensation and Schedule

• Pay Range: $45.90 - $51.20 per hour, depending on prior experience.
• Schedule: PRN (as needed).

Job Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing therapy to clients in accordance with physician orders.
• Evaluate clients and develop effective treatment plans based on physician requests.
• Communicate client progress to families, physicians, and other healthcare team members.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
• Initiate prescribed treatments and keep the physician informed about client progress.
• Adhere to the Speech Language Pathology Practice Act in the state.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a master’s degree in Speech Pathology, with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), or equivalent experience of at least one year working with adults and children with neurological disorders.
• Valid Speech Pathology license in the state (where applicable) or actively gaining the necessary supervisory experience for licensure.
• Registration with the Department of Health or eligibility for registration.
• Preferred membership in the Speech Language Hearing Association.
• Interest in geriatric rehabilitation.

Working Conditions

Our organization is a Medicare/Medicaid-certified home health care agency located in Montrose, CO. We have a dedicated team of nurses, rehabilitation therapists, and home health aides focused on delivering personalized healthcare with compassion and empathy. Our services cater to older adults in Delta, Montrose, and Ouray counties.
