Molding Operator | 1st Shift (10-hour shifts, Mon-Thur, 6am-4pm) | $23/hr

Operate molding machines and set cores
\n - \n
Assemble and prepare sand molds for pouring
\n - \n
Inspect and prepare all patterns, set up mold production
\n - \n
Coordinate & communicate with melt and molding lines
\n - \n
Quality inspections on castings and patterns
\n - \n
Maintain a clean workspace, ladle repairs, and prepare for next production run
\n
Melt Deck Operator | 3rd Shift (12-hour shifts, 6pm-6am) | $27/hr

Transport melting materials and supplies;
\n - \n
Operate melting furnace charging equipment
\n - \n
Learn to operate the melting furnaces.
\n - \n
Transport melting materials and supplies from the warehouse or other locations to the melt deck.
\n - \n
Remove full slag hoppers from the melt deck and transport to commercial refuse containers.
\n - \n
Responsible for own safety and the safety of others in the area.
\n
Core Operator | 1st (12-hour shifts, 6am to 6pm) | $23/hr
\n- \n

Make and prepare sand cores using molds to form holes or hollows in iron castings. Including set up, adjustments, and troubleshooting multiple pieces of equipment.
\n - \n
Enter settings into computer system
\n - \n
Review process sheets and inspect conditions of cores
\n - \n
Complete preventative maintenance as required
\n
Grinding Operator | 1st shift (10-hour days, Monday to Thursday, 4am - 2pm) | $23/hr

Grind iron castings to specifications
\n - \n
Use power tools such as robots, hand grinders, stationary grinders and pencil grinders
\n - \n
Perform wheel changes
\n - \n
Record data & complete paperwork
\n - \n
Prior machine shop experience is a plus!
\n
What You Bring:

1 year prior experience working in manufacturing, foundry, metals, or related field
\n - \n

High School Diploma (we can help with our GED works program!)
\n - \n
Ability to push, pull, lift, and move up to 60lbs
\n - \n
Basic math and problem solving skills
