Family Medicine - Physician - Saratoga Springs, NY

Our organization is currently in search of a Full-Time Family Medicine Physician to join the Primary Care team in Saratoga Springs, NY. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of an established outpatient practice that is experiencing high patient demand, supported by a hospital affiliation!

Located at 4 Congress Place in Saratoga Springs, Primary Care is looking for a dedicated physician to enhance their vibrant team. The ideal candidate will prioritize patient care, demonstrate outstanding clinical and communication abilities, and show a strong dedication to delivering top-notch healthcare to the communities we serve. Candidates must be Board Certified and hold a valid license to practice in New York.

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

• Board Certification
• Licensure in New York State
• DEA registration is mandatory
• A genuine interest in providing primary care across all age groups

We provide a competitive base salary along with opportunities for additional earnings through RVU-based productivity incentives and quality performance bonuses.

• Salary range: $250,000 - $260,000
• The stated salary represents the initial range of total compensation and does not encompass productivity bonuses, quality and performance incentives, extra shift bonuses, or other cash compensation applicable to the role. Additionally, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits from their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is in accordance with State law and may vary based on the factors mentioned.
• Starting Bonus: $75,000
• Retention Bonus: $25,000
• Resident compensation available: up to $50,000 per year for early sign-on
