Family Medicine - Physician - Stillwater, NY

Our organization is in search of a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join the Stillwater Family Health Center. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of an established outpatient practice that is experiencing high patient demand, supported by a hospital affiliation.

The Stillwater Family Health Center provides a comprehensive array of healthcare services for families, which includes:

• Routine pediatric assessments (well-baby and well-child checkups, school, camp, and sports physicals)
• Adolescent healthcare
• General adult and geriatric medical care (including annual physicals for health maintenance, work, school, or insurance purposes)
• Treatment for illnesses, injuries, and chronic health conditions
• Preventive immunizations and precautionary vaccinations, along with cancer screenings and lifestyle promotion

KEY HIGHLIGHTS

• Shared call rotation averaging approximately 1 in every 70 days, supported by RN triage
• Physician-governed organization with a physician-led Joint Oversight Committee
• Flexible scheduling options available - choose from a 3, 4, or 5-day work week
• Collaboration with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), offering an additional income source
• Teaching opportunities available (1st year AMC students and precepting NP/PA students)
• Possibility for hybrid work in Hospital Medicine if desired
• Leadership and administrative roles available for interested physicians

QUALIFICATIONS

• New York State licensure and DEA registration required
• Board Certification is necessary
• Open to both experienced candidates and new graduates
• Strong enthusiasm for providing Primary Care across all age groups

COMPENSATION PACKAGE

We provide a competitive base salary with opportunities for additional earnings through RVU-based productivity incentives and quality performance bonuses.

• Starting salary range of $250,000 - $260,000, with potential for additional income based on productivity
• The stated salary represents the initial compensation range and does not include productivity bonuses, quality and performance incentives, extra shift bonuses, and other applicable cash compensation. Additionally, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits from their medical group employer. This salary range is in accordance with state regulations and may vary based on the factors mentioned.
• Signing bonus of up to $75,000
• Retention bonus of $25,000
• Resident compensation available - up to $50,000 per year for early sign-on
