Position OverviewWe are seeking Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) to join our team in Portland. This full-time role features a hybrid schedule, requiring in-office presence four days a week. You will support our Medication Management and Interventional Psychiatry teams, focusing on TMS and Spravato treatments.
Key Requirements- Must possess an Oregon PMHNP license and be willing to obtain a California license or already hold one.

- Diagnose and treat mental health and emotional disorders.
- Work in a hybrid model, with a minimum of three to four days per week in the office, depending on location.
- Provide individual and group therapy to patients.
- Prescribe and monitor medications as needed.
- Maintain comprehensive records of patient visits and progress.
- Assist in creating individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.

- A minimum of 12 months of experience post-licensure in a psychiatric clinical setting.
- A Master's degree in Nursing, specializing in Psychiatric Nursing.
- Board Certification from ANCC or AANP.
- Valid state licensure as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (based on clinic location).
- Active DEA registration in the state where you will be prescribing (based on clinic location).
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of mental health and emotional disorders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Able to work collaboratively within a team.
- Proficient in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, with familiarity in NextGen being highly desirable.
- Strong computer skills, with proficiency in various software applications, and the ability to adapt to new technologies.
- W-2 employment with medical, dental, and vision coverage effective on the first of the month following employment.
- Base salary with a monthly bonus based on billed hours.

The total compensation package includes a base salary of $180,000, along with a monthly billed hour bonus. Here’s how it breaks down:
- Base Salary: $180,000
- Monthly Goal Achievement Bonus (for 25 hours): $2,000
- Additional Hours Over 25: $150 per hour
Estimated Total Yearly Compensation:
- At 25 billed hours: $204,000
- At 27 billed hours: $217,920
- At 30 billed hours: $238,800
