• Work Schedule: 36 hours per week with flexible days and times
• Patient Load: 16 patients per clinic shift
• Practice Setting: Combination of clinic and operating room, covering both inpatient and outpatient care
• On-Call Requirements: 7 to 10 days per month, including one weekend
• Specialization: Adult urology; pediatric and neonatal cases are not required
• Required Skills: General urology cases
• Preferred Skills: Robotic surgery and laparoscopic techniques, advanced endoscopic methods, and ureteroscopy
