We’re seeking two skilled professionals who bring expertise and enthusiasm to school-based speech therapy:
Desired Qualifications:
- Holds SLP-CCC credentials
- Active state licensure or eligibility in Washington
- Prior experience in a school setting preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Adept at adapting interventions for diverse student needs
- Committed to fostering a positive, inclusive environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect therapy services to students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and document results
- Monitor and report on student progress
- Consult with teachers, parents, and support staff
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams
- Engage in ongoing professional development
