Our organization is currently on the lookout for a fellowship-trained Otologist or Neurotologist to enhance our growing, high-volume ENT program at our Springfield, Missouri location. This is a remarkable opportunity to practice at a tertiary referral center that caters to nearly 2 million patients across four states, with a strong demand for services and immediate case volume.

- 3 Head & Neck Microvascular Surgeons
- Specialists in Skull Base Neurosurgery & Neurointerventional procedures
- 3 General Otolaryngologists
- ENT Allergy services
- 6 Audiologists, 3 Vestibular Therapists, and 6 Speech-Language Pathologists
- Facial Plastic Surgery experts
- Compensation: Negotiable salary starting at $550,000, plus a $100,000 sign-on bonus and stipend opportunities.
- Call Schedule: General ENT call is 1 in 9-10, primarily for coverage.
- Employment Model: Hospital-employed with excellent access to operating rooms and ambulatory surgery centers.
