Our organization is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified OB/GYN physician to join our team in Tracy, CA.
Position Highlights- Starting Base Salary: $455,519
- Salary Guarantee: Two-year guarantee
- Sign-On Bonus: Available
- Loan or Mortgage Assistance: Up to $200,000
- Residency Stipend: Offered
- Compensation Model: RVU-based starting in year two
- RVU Bonus Potential: Available during the guarantee period
- Robotics: Preferred experience
- Patient Load: Average of 25-30 patients per day in the clinic
- Group Stability: A stable and expanding practice
- EHR System: Epic
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in OB/GYN
- Annual 12.0% contribution to 401(k)
