Inpatient Hospice Solace Center Registered Nurse

Our organization is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient Hospice Solace Center team, where you will deliver compassionate and expert care to patients and their families during end-of-life transitions. This position requires you to work on-site, where you will:

• Manage complex symptoms and provide appropriate medication administration.
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored care plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team.
• Educate and support families, ensuring they are informed and comfortable throughout the process.
• Advocate for the comfort and dignity of patients at all times.
• Document all care activities accurately in our electronic medical records (EMR) system.
