REGISTERED NURSE

Our organization is looking for a dedicated and empathetic Registered Nurse to deliver exceptional, resident-focused care within our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. In this role, the RN will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough assessments of residents
• Creating personalized care plans tailored to individual needs
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
• Maintaining accurate documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)
• Ensuring a safe, dignified, and comfortable environment for all residents

As part of a collaborative interdisciplinary team, you will engage with both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care residents, work closely with their families, and adhere to stringent infection control and quality assurance standards.
