Position Overview

Are you eager to elevate your career in urology within a well-established, hospital-based practice? Our organization is on the lookout for a full-time Urology Physician to become part of a vibrant team consisting of 4 hospital-employed urologists and 6 Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants. You will have the chance to work with a diverse and busy patient population, engaging in a wide range of urology practices—from elective procedures to trauma care—within a supportive and collaborative atmosphere.

Compensation and Benefits

• Guaranteed base salary starting at $700,000, with potential for significantly higher earnings based on wRVUs.
• Signing bonus of $100,000 along with paid relocation expenses.
• Opportunity for additional compensation for excess call, if desired.
• Perform advanced urology procedures in specialized urology suites, an ESWL suite, an outpatient surgery center, and office procedure rooms.
• Benefit from experienced support staff, including urology PAs who manage clinics, allowing you to concentrate on surgical cases.
• Access to state-of-the-art technology, including 3T MRI, da Vinci robotics, Holmium laser, interstim, cryotherapy, videourodynamics, and ultrasound.
• Up to 4 operating room days per week.
• Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness.
• 7 days of call per month or fewer, with support from Advanced Practice Providers.
