Pay Rate: $17.00/hr

Shift: 2nd shift

• Weekly pay of $17.00 per hour

• Maintain, organize, and update company documents, files, and records in physical and digital systems.

• Ensure accurate labeling, version control, and accessibility of documents.

• Retrieve, distribute, and archive documents as needed.

• Communicate document updates and revisions to relevant stakeholders.

• Troubleshoot basic system or access issues related to document repositories.

• Prepare reports, logs, and summaries related to document control.

• Assist with other clerical and administrative duties as assigned.

• Night Shift, 3:30PM to 3:30AM

• Tuesday - Friday

• Warehouse Associate experience preferred

• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen

• Able to pass a background check

• Able to work in the US

• Previous experience in document control, office administration, or records management is highly desirable.

• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

• Familiarity with document management systems (SharePoint, DocuSign, or similar platforms).

• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
