SEARCHING FOR AN OBSTETRICS & GYNECOLOGY PHYSICIAN

A Staff Physician specializing in Obstetrics & Gynecology embodies the pinnacle of clinical expertise, medical judgment, and surgical proficiency within our organization. These physicians are expected to uphold the highest standards in clinical and surgical practice, ongoing education, quality enhancement, and comprehensive patient care.

• Deliver clinical care to patients, which includes conducting ancillary tests, managing labor and delivery, performing surgeries, and executing various procedures.
• Engage in departmental activities aimed at ensuring quality assurance in clinical care.
• Participate in on-call duties and share hospital responsibilities as outlined by the Medical Director of Obstetrics & Gynecology.
• Maintain ongoing professional education and/or engage in clinical research initiatives.
• Contribute to the development of the Obstetrics & Gynecology program.

In accordance with the California Pay Transparency Act, our organization provides a pay range for open positions. Actual compensation will be determined based on relevant experience within the specified range. We are committed to ensuring equal pay for equal work as part of our dedication to being an equal opportunity employer. The salary range based on experience is $370,000 to $393,000.
