Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team and provide support to seniors within our PACE program. In this role, you will:

• Execute treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Facilitate engaging therapeutic activities.
• Assist participants in maintaining their independence with daily tasks both at home and within our facility.

Collaboration is key in this position, as you will work closely with an Occupational Therapist and a multidisciplinary care team. Your responsibilities will also include:

• Documenting participant progress effectively.
• Providing education to both participants and their caregivers.
• Adjusting interventions based on evolving needs.
