CLINICAL SUPERVISOR

Our organization is in search of a Center-Based Clinical Supervisor to spearhead exceptional ABA services for children diagnosed with autism within our center-based initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing clinical programming and ensuring high standards of care.
• Supervising and mentoring behavior technicians to enhance their professional development.
• Conducting assessments and crafting individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs.
• Monitoring the implementation of treatment plans to guarantee evidence-based and ethical practices.
