Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students with speech and language disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs.
  • Deliver engaging therapy sessions targeting a range of communication goals.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and report on student progress.
  • Collaborate effectively with teaching staff, counselors, and other specialists to ensure integrated care for students.
  • Involve and educate families throughout the therapy and intervention process.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcome.
  • Prior experience in school settings or with pediatric populations is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Must meet state board requirements for active licensure.
