Job Description

Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
- Current license or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in California
- Experience or strong interest in working with elementary-aged students
- Familiarity with IEP processes, assessments, and evidence-based therapy techniques in school settings
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to new environments and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language evaluations, therapy, and support for elementary students
- Develop/implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs and goals
- Complete comprehensive documentation and progress monitoring
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administrators, and families to foster student success
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute professional insights to support student development
- Consult with staff and caregivers, offering strategies for effective classroom communication
- Flexibility to respond to emerging needs and updates as further details are gathered for this position
