Ideal Experience & Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) from an accredited program
  • Active SLP license in California
  • Previous experience working with elementary-aged children, ideally in a school environment
  • Skilled in assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring
  • Excellent communication skills with students, staff, and families
  • Adaptable and organized, able to manage a full caseload

Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy services to elementary students, both in groups and individually
  • Conduct assessments, document progress, and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with educators, support staff, and parents to support student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights for effective goal-setting
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to professional standards and school policies
