LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal for a boutique law firm in Jacksonville, Florida. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a collaborative, close-knit environment where quality and accuracy are highly valued.

Responsibilities
  • Manage residential and commercial real estate transactions from opening through closing
  • Draft and prepare loan documents and closing-related documents
  • Coordinate with lenders, buyers, sellers, title companies, and other parties throughout the transaction process
  • Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
  • Maintain organized transaction files and closing schedules
  • Handle post-closing activities, including electronic recording and file management
  • Communicate professionally with clients and third parties to ensure smooth closings
Qualifications
  • Experience handling both residential and commercial real estate closings
  • Ability to draft loan documents and related closing documentation
  • Experience with SoftPro preferred; experience with other real estate closing software will also be considered
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy
Preferred Background
  • Law firm experience handling real estate transactions
  • Experience with a mix of commercial and residential matters
  • Candidates whose experience is limited solely to high-volume residential title company closings may not be the best fit for this opportunity
