In this dynamic role, you will provide crucial therapy services across multiple educational settings, supporting students’ growth, participation, and success. Based near Tecumseh, MI, your expertise will make a direct impact as you split time between a primary district and one day each week assisting another nearby district.

In this full-time assignment, you’ll collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams, designing and implementing individualized plans that promote independence, skill development, and inclusion. Your contributions will help shape positive outcomes within welcoming and supportive school environments.

Key qualifications and experience:

• Current Occupational Therapist license for the state of Michigan (or eligibility for licensure)
• Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric occupational therapy setting preferred
• Knowledge of developing and implementing IEPs and 504 plans
• Ability to assess, document, and report on student progress effectively
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with staff, students, and families
• Flexible and self-motivated, comfortable traveling between campuses as needed
