Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active SLP licensure and up-to-date credentials for New Jersey
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Previous experience in pediatric, school, or healthcare settings is a strong advantage
  • Comfortable with teletherapy platforms for remote service delivery, as needed
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to address student speech, language, and communication needs
  • Provide direct therapy services to students both in-person and virtually as needed
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student progress
  • Maintain thorough documentation of interventions, outcomes, and compliance with IEP requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success in a multidisciplinary team environment
