Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP licensure and up-to-date credentials for New Jersey
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Previous experience in pediatric, school, or healthcare settings is a strong advantage
- Comfortable with teletherapy platforms for remote service delivery, as needed
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to address student speech, language, and communication needs
- Provide direct therapy services to students both in-person and virtually as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintain thorough documentation of interventions, outcomes, and compliance with IEP requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success in a multidisciplinary team environment
