Job Description
Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students as a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist in a dynamic educational setting near Andover, MN. This full-time, onsite position offers the chance to make a meaningful difference throughout the academic year, working Monday through Friday for 37.5 hours each week. Key Qualifications:
- Current Minnesota SLP license (required—must provide PDF with application)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows will be considered
- School-based experience or strong interest in working with K-12 populations
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Expected Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Participate in IEP meetings, staffings, and routine collaboration with teachers and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation of services and progress
- Engage in parent communication to support student success
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive school environment
