What you’ll need:
- Active CCC-SLP credential and California licensure required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience within California schools.
- At least 1 year of SEIS experience.
- Experience supervising SLPAs with facilitators strongly preferred.
- Comfortable managing high caseloads and numerous referrals.
- Bilingual Spanish skills a plus but not mandatory.
- Onsite presence is a must (no telepractice positions available).
- Open to both CF and fully credentialed SLPs (no SLPAs; support from SLPAs likely).
Role responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services within a school setting.
- Manage a high caseload and efficiently respond to referral demands.
- Supervise and mentor SLPA staff as needed.
- Navigate and document within SEIS.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure student success.
