What you’ll need:

• Active CCC-SLP credential and California licensure required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience within California schools.
• At least 1 year of SEIS experience.
• Experience supervising SLPAs with facilitators strongly preferred.
• Comfortable managing high caseloads and numerous referrals.
• Bilingual Spanish skills a plus but not mandatory.
• Onsite presence is a must (no telepractice positions available).
• Open to both CF and fully credentialed SLPs (no SLPAs; support from SLPAs likely).

Role responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services within a school setting.
• Manage a high caseload and efficiently respond to referral demands.
• Supervise and mentor SLPA staff as needed.
• Navigate and document within SEIS.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure student success.
