Obstetrics Gynecologist Is Wanted for Locums Assistance in New York

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM; on-call pager coverage from 7 AM - 7 AM
• Patient Load: 14 to 15 patients daily; reduced to 10 when on call
• Role: Combined clinic and hospital call position
• Scope: Full-scope OB & GYN required
• Deliveries: Approximately 350 annually, with 150 being C-sections
• Emergency GYN Procedures: Includes vaginal deliveries, C-sections, hysterectomies, tubal ligations, and more
• Limitations: No VBACs or high-risk deliveries unless urgent
• Call Coverage: Midwives handle their own patients with shared call responsibilities

Hourly rates range from $150.00 to $225.00. These figures are estimates and may vary based on factors such as the urgency of the position, your experience and qualifications, and other considerations.
