\n Looking for work? We are seeking a Temporary Compliance Filing Clerk to assist with a short-term project involving the review, organization, and disposal of confidential HR and Finance records.\n

\n This position is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, trustworthy, and comfortable working independently with confidential information. You will spend much of your day reviewing archived paperwork, checking dates against document retention requirements, and preparing records that are past their required retention period for secure shredding.\n
\n

\n
\n The project is expected to last 1–2 weeks, with the goal of completing the records cleanup by the end of the month.\n

\n What You'll Do:\n
\n
    \n
  • Review archived HR and Finance documents and files
    • \n
  • Examine records to identify dates and determine whether documents have reached the end of their required retention period
    • \n
  • Follow established document retention and compliance guidelines
    • \n
  • Identify and prepare outdated records for secure shredding and disposal
    • \n
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
    • \n
  • Organize and move archived files and boxes as needed
    • \n
  • Work independently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
    • \n

\n What We're Looking For:\n

  • Previous experience handling confidential or sensitive information/documents
    • \n
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately review dates and paperwork
    • \n
  • Comfortable reading and reviewing documents for extended periods of time
    • \n
  • Ability to follow established compliance and document retention guidelines
    • \n
  • Dependable, trustworthy, and comfortable working independently
    • \n
  • Comfortable performing repetitive paperwork/document review
    • \n
  • Ability to lift 25–50 lbs, including lifting boxes overhead
    • \n
  • Comfortable with occasional bending, twisting, and moving boxes
    • \n
