Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team in the PACE program, focusing on enhancing the lives of seniors. In this role, you will:

• Execute treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Facilitate engaging therapeutic activities.
• Assist participants in preserving their independence with daily tasks, both at home and within our facility.

You will collaborate closely with an Occupational Therapist and a multidisciplinary care team to:

• Document participant progress effectively.
• Provide education to both participants and their caregivers.
• Modify interventions as necessary to meet evolving needs.
