Job Responsibilities

• Work 8-hour shifts with a patient load of 20 to 24, or 9-hour shifts with 24 to 27 patients.
• Manage walk-in volume, accommodating an additional 4 patients per shift.
• Provide outpatient primary care in a family medicine environment.
• Utilize eClinicalWorks for electronic medical records.
• Deliver care across pediatrics, adult health, and women's health.
• Serve a primarily Spanish-speaking, farm-working family demographic.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly pay ranges from $120.00 to $145.00, depending on various factors such as position urgency, your experience, and qualifications.
• All rates are inclusive, combining base pay with potential earnings from overtime, on-call duties, and holiday work.
