BE/BC OBGYN-Hospitalist
Job Description
Our organization is currently in search of a dedicated full-time nocturnist OBGYN Hospitalist to manage an average of 3 to 14-hour shifts each week, typically from 5 PM to 7 AM. Support will be provided through back-up call from two hospital-employed groups.

- Our facility features an outstanding Level III NICU and has recently integrated a local Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialist for consultations.
- We promote vaginal birth after cesarean (VBAC) and have anesthesia services available on-site.
- We provide a competitive base salary along with quarterly production incentive bonuses.
- Attractive recruitment incentives include a signing bonus, assistance with student loans, relocation allowance, and continuing medical education (CME) support.
- Current hospitalist coverage includes two weekdays and all weekends.
- The hospital aims to establish full weekday night and weekend coverage for generalist groups within the next six months.
- Call schedule is 1:7, with backup weekend call at 1:6.
- One call day per week.
- Post-call day off if serving as primary overnight coverage; otherwise, AM-only office hours if providing backup overnight coverage.
- 2.5 to 3 office days weekly.
- At least 0.5 day in the operating room.
- We collaborate on all major gynecological surgeries and offer robotic surgery options.
We prioritize family values and foster a team-oriented environment, sharing OB volume that includes many high-risk patients. For current OBGYN residents, a monthly stipend is available until the position start date.
