Additionally, we offer a $10K sign-on bonus, options for either four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts, and are continuously expanding our presence across the Pacific Northwest. Our 23 clinics feature various services, including dry needling, pelvic health, hand therapy, nutritional counseling, massage therapy, and wellness programs. How We Support You- Student Loan Assistance: $1,300 annually for the first three years, increasing to $1,500 per year after three full years.

- Exhibit thorough clinical knowledge and maintain acceptable performance in all facets of patient/client interactions.
- Adhere to all regulatory guidelines, including but not limited to HIPAA, Medicare regulations, and billing and coding standards.
- Effectively communicate with patients/clients, the public, and all members of the healthcare team.
- Current Physical Therapist licensure in good standing, or the ability to obtain state licensure.
- AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Both experienced Physical Therapists and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Must successfully meet all pre-employment requirements.
Salary: $88K - $105K per year, inclusive of productivity incentives, with a potential $10K sign-on bonus and additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials.
