Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility to obtain)
• Prior experience in schools or pediatric settings strongly preferred
• Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Adaptable and responsive to changing student needs and caseload dynamics

Daily Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students according to their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Evaluate, diagnose, and document students’ speech, language, and communication challenges
• Create and implement treatment plans tailored to each student’s unique goals
• Work closely with teachers, families, and other specialists to support student success
• Attend and actively participate in IEP and team meetings
• Maintain accurate documentation and records, ensuring compliance with district and legal standards
