Key Qualifications:
- Current School Psychologist certification (valid for the assignment timeframe)
- Proven experience providing psychological services in a school setting
- Strong communication, consultation, and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
- Ability to administer and interpret psychoeducational assessments
- Skilled in developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive psychological services, including assessments, counseling, and crisis intervention
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ learning and behavioral needs
- Offer direct support and interventions to students identified through the Special Education process
- Maintain accurate documentation and timely reporting in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in meetings, consultations, and professional development as required
