Job Description

Full-time hours (37.5 per week) ensure you can focus deeply on a caseload of approximately 50–60 students, with assignments thoughtfully matched with your preferred age group (grades 6–8 or 10–12) and your location.
Key Qualifications:
- Active TX SLP or FL SLP licensure required (please include an image of your license with your application)
- Experience delivering speech-language therapy services in a school setting
- Comfortable performing the full scope of SLP responsibilities, including direct therapy, ARDs, evaluations, and testing
- Ability to complete all district credentialing, including fingerprinting (existing fingerprints in the system may suffice)
- Flexibility for on-site service at one or more middle or high school campuses
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide evidence-based speech therapy services for a diverse caseload
- Conduct ARDs, develop and implement IEPs, and perform comprehensive evaluations as required
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Adapt interventions and service delivery to meet varied student needs
