Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure and ASHA CCC-SLP required
• Demonstrated experience in school-based settings is highly desirable
• Previous supervisory or mentorship roles preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to fostering positive learning environments for students and team members

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee and support 1–3 Speech-Language Pathology Assistants
• Provide regular supervision, guidance, and clinical feedback to ensure effective therapy practices
• Collaborate with SLPAs to develop treatment plans and monitor student progress
• Ensure compliance with state, district, and federal policies regarding speech-language services
• Maintain accurate documentation of supervision and student outcomes
