The Role\n

  Plan and deliver engaging lessons across Key Stages 3, 4 and where applicable Key Stage 5.

\n
• \n

  Teach your specialist subject area while adapting lessons to meet the needs of all learners.

\n
• \n

  Create a positive, inclusive and supportive classroom environment.

\n
• \n

  Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies.

\n
• \n

  Assess pupil progress and provide meaningful feedback.

\n
• \n

  Work collaboratively with colleagues to support student achievement.

\n

We're Looking For\n

\n
• \n

  Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.

\n
• \n

  Experience teaching within a secondary school environment.

\n
• \n

  Strong subject knowledge and passion for your specialist area.

\n
• \n

  Excellent classroom management and communication skills.

\n
• \n

  A commitment to supporting students' academic progress and wellbeing.

\n
• \n

  An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).

\n
• \n

  Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC), or eligibility to register.

\n
