Role Overview:

\n

We are seeking an experienced HR & Administration professional to support and strengthen our UK operations. This role will be responsible for managing employee lifecycle processes, HR operations, compliance documentation, recruitment and office administration. The position requires a hands-on individual who can operate independently while partnering closely with business leaders and the global HR team.

Key Responsibilities:

\n

1. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management:

\n
    \n
  • Manage employee onboarding, induction coordination, and documentation.
  • \n
  • Issue employment contracts, offer letters, and employment-related documentation in line with UK employment regulations.
  • \n
  • Maintain accurate employee records (digital and physical where required).
  • \n
  • Support probation reviews, performance management cycles, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • \n
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and processes.
  • \n
  • Coordinate exit processes including documentation and final settlements.
  • \n
  • Support immigration process for employees traveling from outside UK in liaison with attorneys.
  • \n

2. Compliance & Governance:

\n
    \n
  • Ensure HR processes comply with UK employment law and company policies.
  • \n
  • Maintain right-to-work documentation and statutory records.
  • \n
  • Support payroll coordination and benefits administration (liaising with finance/payroll vendors).
  • \n
  • Assist in ISO audits and maintain HR compliance trackers.
  • \n
  • Ensure GDPR-compliant handling of employee data.
  • \n

3. Talent Acquisition:

    \n
  • Support recruitment team on need basis for any critical hiring in UK.
  • \n
  • Develop sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, recruitment agencies, and referrals.
  • \n
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • \n
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of positions.
  • \n

4. Administration & Office Management:

\n
    \n
  • Support day-to-day office administration for UK operations.
  • \n
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
  • \n
  • Manage office supplies, facilities coordination, general workplace support, travel and logistics for employees as and when required.
  • \n
  • Plan and execute various employee-related events such as annual get-togethers, Christmas events, gifting, etc.
  • \n
  • Assist leadership with administrative coordination as required.
  • \n

Candidate Profile:

\n
    \n
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in an HR and Admin role, preferably within IT/Professional Services/Startup environments.
  • \n
  • Good understanding of HMRC Payroll and Reporting Compliance.
  • \n
  • Strong hands-on recruitment experience in the UK market hiring.
  • \n
  • Good understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • \n
  • Experience handling HR documentation, payroll coordination, and compliance processes.
  • \n
  • Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.
  • \n
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • \n
  • Degree or diploma in Human Resources or related discipline preferred.
  • \n
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems/ATS tools.
  • \n

Working Model:

  • Hybrid role – minimum 2–3 days per week in the London office.
