An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Lending Senior Associate to join one of the world's leading international law firms, advising on sophisticated cross-border financing transactions for an exceptional client base. The group acts on a broad range of corporate lending matters, working with major financial institutions, alternative lenders, sponsors and corporate borrowers across a diverse mix of sectors.

This is a broad banking role, offering exposure well beyond niche real estate finance work, making it an excellent platform for lawyers looking to continue building experience without being pigeon holed.

This position would suit an ambitious lawyer with approximately 5–7 years' PQE who has developed strong experience across general corporate lending and acquisition finance, and who is comfortable taking ownership of transactions, managing client relationships and supervising junior lawyers where appropriate.
