# VP, Portfolio Management - CreditArrow GlobalVPPrivate CreditOn-siteLocationLondon, United KingdomDate PostedAugust 7, 2026RegionEMEAStay ahead of the marketGet instant notifications when new job openings matching "Private Credit / VP jobs in London, United Kingdom" are published.## About This Role**Role overview**Arrow Global is hiring a VP/SVP for its Portfolio Management team, overseeing performance across its CRE Lending book (over EUR3.9bn AUM) spread across several proprietary fund vehicles.**Key responsibilities**- Maintain a top-down view of portfolio performance across the platform- Represent Portfolio Management at every Investment Committee and pre-IC meeting, providing sign-off on new deals- Act as deputy for the Head of CRE Lending Portfolio Management, presenting performance updates to senior leadership- Own external investor reporting end-to-end, coordinating Fund Finance, Capital Allocations and Risk- Own high-level liquidity management across Arrow's lending funds, forecasting drawdown and distribution timing- Support oversight of back-leverage and financing facilities, and interface with Client Product Solutions on fundraising for new lending vehicles**Qualifications**- Prior CRE lending/banking, investments or portfolio management experience (origination, underwriting, capital markets, acquisitions)- Sound understanding of CRE lending/debt, fund structures and repo financing- Strong executive presence, able to present complex portfolio, risk and KPI matters to Board and IC**Location**: London, UKApply for this Position #J-18808-Ljbffr
